New for 2021, we are excited to announce the addition of conference cohort groups.

A journey is better alongside others. Engage in the conference with other participants and connect to women in education from all over the world by joining a cohort group. Come to learn from one other while enjoying comradery and support. Small group activities will allow participants to share experiences and insights with one another.

Groups will be led by a Carney Sandoe team member and will meet at various times throughout the month. Cohorts are designed to be safe spaces for discussion, storytelling, reflection, and networking.

It can be challenging to find a safe space to be yourself in; your cohort has your back.
