What time zone are the sessions listed in?

All times will be listed in Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

What platform are the sessions using?

All sessions will be held using the Zoom platform. To ensure the best experience, we encourage you to be sure you are running the latest version of Zoom. Click here for instructions.

How can I sign up for a cohort group or 1:1 advising session?

Links to sign up for both can be found in your registration confirmation email. Can’t find the email? Contact us. (UPDATE: Both cohort groups and 1:1 advising sessions have reached capacity.)

How do I access the sessions and content?

Before the event begins, all registrants will receive an email with instructions on how to access the password-protected Attendee Portal, which will be accessible from this website.

How long will I have to access the content once the event concludes?

Content (recordings of live sessions, pre-recorded videos, articles, etc.) will be available to registrants through July 31, 2021.

Are sessions being recorded? When can I watch them?

All sessions are being recorded. Recordings will be available approximately 48 hours after the conclusion of a session.

Can the presenters see and hear me?

Most sessions are utilizing the Zoom Meeting platform which allows attendees and presenters to see and hear one another. This helps to simulate an in-person event where attendees can interact, ask questions, and share. If you do not wish to have your camera or audio on, simply disable it during the session.
